FinAI Privacy Notice

Information processed
FinAI processes your username, email address, a salted hash of your password, prompts, generated responses, technical request data, and usage records needed to operate and secure the service. Your email is used for account confirmation and password resets. Prompts may be sent to configured AI and financial-data providers to produce a response. Do not submit account numbers, government identifiers, or passwords in chat.
Storage and retention
Account records and FinAI memory (conversation context, financial profile, saved plans, and personalization learned from your chats) are kept in a managed database for as long as the account exists or until you clear them. Conversation context expires after 30 days of inactivity. Transactional emails are delivered through an email provider acting on the operator's behalf.
Your controls
Authenticated users can clear FinAI data from Profile and settings. Account deletion also initiates deletion of owner-bound application data. Security and abuse records may be retained where required.
Security
FinAI uses authentication, access controls, request limits, secure cookies, and transport encryption in public environments. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Contact
The operator must publish a valid privacy contact before inviting public users. Until then, this deployment must remain a limited technical demo.
